Age 90, of Jeannette, formerly of Jefferson Hills, died unexpectedly, on Monday, January 8, 2024; beloved husband of 61 1/2 years to Emilie Taylor; loving father of Laura (Phil) Eskeland, Jeff (Kelli) Taylor, and the late Mark Taylor; Father in law of Beth Taylor; grandfather of Erik, and Kari Eskeland, and Meredith (Jake) Baughman, Zachary, and Jennifer Taylor, and Teddy Taylor; Brother of the late Jim (Virginia) Taylor. Ted loved to golf and was a dedicated sports fan especially college football, basketball, and the Pittsburgh Steelers. A talented musician, he was a drummer and also enjoyed traveling. While he could find joy in many things, the greatest light in all his life was that of his grandchildren whom he adored. A Memorial Service for the family will be held at a later date.
